Vladimir Samigulovich Gelmutdinov graduated from the Higher School of the Ministry of Internal Affairs by specialty "Jurisprudence", lawyer.
He has been working in JSC "YUZHNIIGIPRPGAZ" since 2004.
Deputy Director for Information, Foreign Economic Security and Protection of Corporate Interests.
His work record of operative service within the structure of the Ministry of Internal Affairs exceeds thirty years. He began his service in the internal affairs bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the USSR and finished in the internal affairs bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
Vladimir S.Gelmutdinov is always among the employees of the Institute, associating with them on various vital issues, he takes an active part in the life of young employees.
